Willard is a man who has been picked
on his whole life and pushed around at everything he does. Until on day
when he finds his house is having a rat problem, he rescues a rat from
his own traps. Soon he finds that the rats are smarter than he expected
and they become his loyal friends. Until one day the largest of them
all, "Big Ben", begins to ignore Willard's commands. Now the rats
Willard used to fight back with, force him into fight his former
friends.
I was absolutely amazed at how much better this film was than it
looked. Crispin Glover is such a great actor in this role that I could
feel his emotions from the way he acted out the character. That is the
toughest part to a role is to get sympathy from the audience and he
pulled it off in my opinion.
