Fresh from the stockade, Roland Bozz
joins a platoon of soldiers preparing to go to war in Vietnam. Their
next stop is the training ground in Louisiana, the infamous 'Tigerland'
then its off to Vietnam. But Bozz's indepence and total disrespect for
authority begins to anger the men as well as his commanding officers.
As the men struggle through training, Bozz's leadership and loyalty
brings the men closer together bringing forth extraordinary
consequences.
Colin Farrell is amazing in the film and truly makes the movie so much better. I have since become a HUGE Colin Farrell fan and I intend to follow his career for as long as I can. The film is a great story inside the mind of a rebel trapped inside the army.
