Roy and Chon are back in action when
Chon's father is killed and his sister follows him to England so now
the two heroes must go to England and find the murderer. There
they meet up with a funny detective and a young tramp and have to fight
against their toughest foes yet.
A little too much irony and stupid tie-ins, like Charlie Chaplin and Arthur Conan Doyle. It was definitely an improvement from Shanghai Noon but still not that great.
