Three guys, well two decide for the
other, that they are going to start a fraternity for anybody who wants
to join. The only problem is the Dean of the local college isn't too
happy with it. So soon the guy and their pledges are force to beat a
test, designed for weeding out the non legitimate fraternities ,and
prove to everyone that they can be all they can be!
