When the police find nothing but dead
ends in the case of a murdered police officer, they offer a former
undercover narcotics officer his job back if he'll work on the case.
Now Nick Tellis is soon partnered up with the dead cops partner, Henry
Oak, as they both search for the person or persons responsible for his
death. The truth could lead Nick to his demise or bring down a fellow
cop in the process.
This is a great cop movie although the action isn't as hot as you'd expect. The storyline is a bit sketchy at first but then the real work comes around and the film picks up a bit. It isn't clear where it takes place but suprised me to find out its in Detroit!
