Harold
Chasen prefers to spend his time creating suicides to try and scare his
mother but she always seems to know that he would never do it for real.
Spending his free time attending random funerals, Harold meets Maude, a
much older woman who also spends her time attending funerals and the
two soon become friends. It's only a matter of time before Harold falls
in love with her and soon begins a relationship against his mother's
wishes. But how could their love survive in a world that looks down
upon them?
This is a great, great film and to quote Cameron Diaz's character from 'There's Something About Mary' Mary (Jensen) Matthews - "Harold and Maude is the greatest love story of all time."
