Eldon
Perry takes his new partner on a lesson of police intimidation and
corruption. Only Bobby isn't tough enough to hide the things they do
and suddenly force Eldon to take matters into his own hands. That is
until Arthur Holland plans to bring him and the other cops who are
corrupt down and put them behind bars.
This is a great great film only its super slow moving and not that much action. Its more or less a story rather than an action cop flick. Brilliant story and acting is great though.
